Researchers have developed a nanosensor that can detect the changes in human biochemistry much faster than the routine medical examinations.  

NSW Smart Sensing Network (NSSN) delivered its first event in the 'Successfully Adopting Smart Sensing Technologies' series, on Monday, 8th of July at the Western Sydney University Launch Pad. 

Archaeologists use advanced sensing technologies such as airborne laser scanning (LiDAR) technology and ground-penetrating radar to map targeted excavation sites.

WSU smart sensing research showcase was carried out by researchers at the WSU who presented their work in various areas of smart sensing.

The NSSN hosted a table at the 2019 Australian Academy of Technology & Engineering (ATSE) Innovation & Awards gala in Sydney held on June 13th.

The NSSN Ambassadors program recognises the wealth of research expertise in smart sensing that exists in NSW academic sphere and aims to shine a spotlight on some of the field’s brightest minds.
